Monday--40 minutes of wii fit. It was mostly running and boxing.
Tuesday: 40 minutes of wii fit. My arms hurt today....I think the boxing is doing something. But I said to my husband that exercising isn't good for me...it hurts...LOL. He told me to suck it up.
Wed. None (daughter was home with the flu)
Thursday: 1 hour of Zumba
Friday: 30 min of wii fit
Saturday: 38 min of wii fit
Still not doing my best. But I'm trying
