Week of March 15

Monday:
Probably nothing. I have my baby nephew and just have no where to put him in the basement where he wouldn't get hurt....the pack and play is set upstairs.

I already messed up with food because I had a bowl of Lucky charms. And I stood there and justified my eating it and said the heck with it! I want it! No going to help me lose weight! But it made me feel bad while eating it so maybe that will help make better choices!

Tuesday: WOOHOO!!! 1 hour of Zumba!! What a sweaty mess I was! Loved every minuted of it!!
